Chateau Leveche St Emilion Grand Cru (2015)

The Saint Emilion wine of the Château L'Évêché gives off the aromas of box tree and blackcurrant. This wine of Bordeaux is cool and intense all at once. The palate has a nice density and texture, a high level of tannin but no hard edges, digest dark fruit, notes of crushed berries and cassis with mild spices like clove and aniseed, and a dense, vigorous and long finish. This wine will accompany your red meats and your dishes in a sauce very well.
